We already sell on Amazon. Will you undercut our prices?
No. We don’t compete with our partners on price. We sell at your recommended retail price and do not undercut your own Amazon offer. Our job is to add sales on channels you don’t cover – not to take sales away from you.
Temu and AliExpress are budget marketplaces. Will that hurt our brand?
Both reach a very large audience, including many buyers who are not price hunters. We list your products at the same price level as everywhere else, with your brand images and correct brand naming. And if a channel doesn’t fit your brand, we leave it out – you decide.
Do you sell on every marketplace?
No. We list at the same price level as everywhere else and present your brand in full. And you decide: if you don’t want your products on Temu, AliExpress or any other marketplace, just tell us – that’s no problem.
What do you need from us to get started?
Just a price list with as many products as possible. If you sell on Amazon, add the Amazon link to each product. Our team reviews the market and gets back to you with clear feedback.
How large is the first order?
We start with a broad cross-section of your range, usually under 100 units per product. Low minimum order quantities help a lot here. Once products sell well, we switch to regular order cycles.
When do we get paid?
Immediately. We buy your goods outright – no payment terms, no consignment, no sale-or-return.
Will you advertise our brand?
Yes. We run sponsored ads in your brand’s name on the channels to grow your brand’s reach and sales.
Who is responsible for EU compliance?
As the importer, we take on the EU obligations – WEEE, batteries, packaging, GPSR – and handle missing registrations or EAN codes if needed.
Which product categories do you work with?
Our focus is consumer electronics and accessories – from phone and car accessories to chargers. We review every range individually, though.
Which countries do you sell in?
Germany and the UK, plus EU-wide via AliExpress. So far we have delivered to customers in 22 countries.
Do we get feedback on how our products perform?
Yes. After the trial order we tell you which products sell and why – that is the basis for the reorders.
