Electronics in the EU come with registration, labelling and documentation duties. As the importer, we take them on – and arrange anything that is still missing.
What we need from you
- Declaration of conformity (CE)
- Test reports, e.g. EMC and RoHS
- User manual and safety information
- Battery data, if a battery is included
WEEE (electrical equipment)
Registration with the national register (stiftung ear in Germany), take-back and reporting of the quantities placed on the market.
Batteries
Registration under the EU Battery Regulation for products with built-in or included batteries, including take-back.
Packaging
Licensing with a dual system and registration in the LUCID packaging register.
Product safety (GPSR)
An EU responsible person, safety information and warnings in German, and product traceability.
CE and documentation
We check declarations of conformity and test reports (e.g. EMC, RoHS) before the first listing goes live.
EAN / GTIN codes
No EANs yet? We arrange valid codes so your products can be listed on every marketplace.
Who is responsible for EU compliance?
